Serge is not the only one winning with his birds. The 2002 1st National Ace-pigeon KBDB Middle Distance with 3 Provincial victories in 6 weeks time was flown by Camiel Nullens and is from a direct Van Elsacker. This pigeon’s name is the De Fenomenale and was purchased by Herbots Brothers for over $70,000. Many one loft race wins have been posted by Van Elsacker birds.
The most exciting accomplishment of the Van Elsacker birds for us at Saunders Loft is when ”True Love” qualified as 2004 National Champion Young Bird.
